Join Freedom not Fear

From 6 to 9 October 2017, internet and human rights activists from all over Europe will meet at "MundoB" in Brussels for the Freedom not Fear Barcamp.

At freedomnotfear.org you will find detailed information about this event. Important: You don't need to register to participate at the Barcamp, and the Barcamp is free of charge (including lunch at MundoB).

Travel allowances

If you register here, and take part in an official visit at the European Parliament on Monday, 9 October (10:00 to 11:30), you can receive a travel allowance and free hotel accomodation including breakfast, close to the venue.

For each of the following options, you have to make an advance payment after registration (preferably via SEPA direct debit). If you take part at the event at the European Parliament, you will be reimbursed 100 Euro plus your actual travel costs (bill/receipt required, the maximum reimbursement for your travel costs is 0.18 Euro per km distance from your home to Brussels).

The following options are available:

Option 1: Hotel accomodation from Friday, 6 to Monday, 9 October 2017 (Double room/two bed room), 3 nights including breakfast (Aparthotel Adagio Access Europe, 12 rue de l'industrie, 1000 Brussels).
After registration, you have to make an advance payment of 170 Euro.

Option 2: Hotel accomodation from Friday, 6 to Monday, 9 October 2017 (Single room), 3 nights including breakfast (Aparthotel Adagio Access Europe, 12 rue de l'industrie, 1000 Brussels).
After registration, you have to make an advance payment of 300 Euro.

Option 3: Request for REDUCED PRICE (limited availability): Hotel accomodation from Friday, 6 to Monday, 9 October 2017 (Double room/two bed room), 3 nights including breakfast (Aparthotel Adagio Access Europe, 12 rue de l'industrie, 1000 Brussels).
After registration, you have to make an advance payment of 100 Euro.

Option 4: No hotel accomodation - self organised.
After registration, you have to make an advance payment of 40 Euro.

Reimbursement for each option: 100 Euro plus your actual travel costs between your home and Brussels (bill/receipt required, the maximum reimbursement for your travel costs is 0.18 Euro per km distance from your home to Brussels).
